Make A Wish threw a party for Janelle at their office to present her wish information. One important item was the Make A Wish button for Janelle to wear while in Orlando.
The party was complete with Disney Princess decorations, cupcakes and gifts. This party was a surprise for Janelle directly after her last heart checkup. She had been to school that day as well. She loved meeting everyone. I was not surprised that she passed out in the car on the way home.
Janelle went straight for the Cinderella cupcake. She had to check out the icing with her fingertips first. It was her personal cupcake! This is Pam, our Wish Coordinator, sitting with Janelle.
Janelle told Make A Wish months ago that she wanted to meet Prince Charming and Cinderella and also named Sleeping Beauty, Rapunzel, Tiana, Snow White, Ariel, Jasmine and Belle. She wanted to meet them while visiting them at their home, Disney World, where Cinderella Castle is. Make A Wish setup a Meet and Greet for Janelle with Cinderella and Prince Charming. I learned about it a few days before the party. I let Pam share the amazing news!
Janelle is wearing her Beads of Courage. She was given a new bead from Make A Wish.
